This session provides specific and realistic intervention strategies to address common impairments in the aging adult, illustrating how to integrate the latest theoretical studies into everyday practice through a series of case progressions. In each case, we will explore how primary impairments and outcome measure results are integrated into the development of the plan of care to progress evidence-based interventions through a variety of settings. Video cases of different patient presentations will focus on aspects of turning and reactive balance training, aerobic conditioning, and strengthening.

2. Contrast differing areas of the scientific literature in a case based format
3. Differentiate options for individualization of interventions for common patient case scenarios for a variety of settings.
