This is the final phase of the four-part True Strength bundle. This is where you maximize your strength routine.
The movements in this series are advanced and have a high carryover into other forms of fitness. By the end of this phase, you will find that you are stronger than you’ve ever been before. You will not only be able to hold positions longer but also be able to move from one advanced pose to another.

If you’ve made it through True Strength Builder I, you should be feeling strong. Just like Builder I, this is a month-long program that has you working out five days a week. This series includes five movement breakdowns that teach new skills and techniques to safely optimize your movement progression potential, and five sessions that advance you through intense, level-specific workouts without the excess explanation. But unlike Builder I, it’s harder, longer, and more intense.
You’ll finish each vigorous workout with a deep sense of pride and accomplishment. Few make it this far!
